About delivery
When will the spot goods be shipped?
Oda. is a small but beautiful personal studio. Currently, one person handles each order carefully. Spot goods are shipped every Wednesday, and they are shipped within about 5 working days . They are arranged according to the order order. Due to different order volumes, orders placed on Wednesday may not be shipped on the same day. If there are holidays or special circumstances (such as the Lunar New Year and typhoon days), we will rest and suspend shipments. Thank you for your understanding and support!
What shipping options does Oda have?
Free shipping on orders over 300 yuan in Taiwan and outlying islands
📦Friends in Taiwan can choose convenience stores or home delivery.
📦Friends who live on outlying islands, please choose home delivery, which will be delivered by the postman.
📦Overseas delivery is currently available in Hong Kong and Macau, and will be sent by SF Express. The postage is subject to the checkout page.
📦Friends who are not in the above areas, please contact the official website assistant before placing an order. The logistics options are:
- EMS parcel post (lower shipping cost)
- SF Express (faster arrival)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. But please remember that the 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period. You must ensure that the product is in its original packaging and has never been worn, used or submerged in water. There is no damage, the packaging and accessories are intact, and the original tag label must be intact and returned to the original owner (we believe that everyone is an honest and well-educated child 🥰
In addition, we do not provide exchange services. If the product size is not suitable or you want to choose another color, please return it and re-order.
When applying for a return, if there are products with a combination discount, the entire discounted product must be returned together. If it is a partial return, the original price of each item will be calculated.
For example, if there are 3 items with a discount of 1,000, and you only return two, the remaining item will be calculated at the original price.)
*Important* According to consumer protection laws and for personal hygiene reasons, underwear (underwear, bratops) are not subject to the "7-day appreciation period" and cannot be returned or exchanged (except for defects and errors in store delivery).
If you need to return
Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide your "name", "order number", "contact number", "name of the product to be returned or exchanged", "reason for return or exchange and photos". Customer service staff will assist you in the return or exchange after receiving the information.
About Payment
What payment methods does Oda have?
We provide online credit card payment. If overseas friends need other payment methods such as Alipay or PayPal, please contact the official website assistant. We do not provide convenience store pickup payment at this time.
